The Cushing Valley Hope Residential Treatment Facility is located halfway between Tulsa and Oklahoma City, and offers medical detox, residential drug treatment and outpatient counseling. Adults over the age of 18 are welcomed, and there are special programs for women only. Payment by self pay or private health insurance.

HOUSE OF HOPE INC. runs an exclusive rehab center based in Vinita, Oklahoma, and provides addiction treatment with short-term residential therapy (30 days or less), long-term residential therapy and outpatient care. Treatment costs are covered by self payment.

STARTING POINT II INC. runs an exclusive rehab center based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and provides addiction treatment and detoxification with short-term residential therapy (30 days or less) and outpatient care. Treatment costs are covered by self payment.

ACE DUI SCHOOL INC. runs a treatment facility based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and provides addiction treatment for outpatients. The facility offers special programs for teens, persons with a dual diagnosis, women, men, DUI/DWI offenders and criminal justice clients. Treatment costs are covered by self payment, state financed insurance (other than Medicaid), private health insurance and military insurance (e.g. VA,TRICARE).
