Alldredge Wilderness Journey is a coeducational wilderness program for at-risk and troubled teens ages 13 to 18. This program consists of three phases: the Wilderness Search and Rescue where they learn first aid and CPR, the Cultural Village where they develop meaningful relationships and the Academic Transition Bridge which is residential and academically based.

APPALACHIAN COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER INC. runs a treatment facility based in Buckhannon, West Virginia, and provides addiction treatment for outpatients. BECKLEY TREATMENT CENTER INC. runs a Buprenorphine/Suboxone clinic based in Beaver, West Virginia, and provides addiction treatment, detoxification, methadone maintenance, methadone detoxification, buprenorphine services with outpatient care. The facility offers special programs for persons with a dual diagnosis, women and pregnant/ postpartum women. Treatment costs are covered by self payment. Payment assistance is available with fees based on income and other factors. ASL or other assistance is available for the hearing impaired. Hispanic programs are available. Additional languages spoken include Spanish.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES run a detox clinic based in Charleston, West Virginia, and offers detoxification services with hospital inpatient treatment. The facility offers special programs for persons with a dual diagnosis, seniors/older adults, pregnant/postpartum women, women, men. Treatment costs are covered by self payment, Medicaid, Medicare, private health insurance and military insurance (e.g. VA,TRICARE).
